How to reach the TrueTrend AI team

TrueTrend AI is a research and analytics platform operated by Dcimal Intelligence Private Limited. If you have a question, a billing concern, a privacy request, or any other grievance, please use one of the two channels below.

1. How to Contact Us

Option A — In-platform support (recommended for registered users)

If you already have a TrueTrend account, please log in and use the in-platform Support feature. This is the fastest channel because your messages are linked to your account, our team can see your subscription and recent activity, and we can usually reply live within working hours.

Option B — Email

For everything else (or if you do not have an account), please email us at support@truetrend.cloud. Please include your registered email address (if any) and a clear description of your issue, along with any supporting screenshots or transaction references.

2. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, any grievance regarding the Platform, your personal data, or any content you encounter on the Platform may be raised through the same two channels described above.

We endeavour to:

Acknowledge every grievance within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
Resolve every grievance within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
For grievances relating to personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023, we follow the timelines prescribed under the Act and its Rules.

TrueTrend AI is a research and analytics platform. It is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, does NOT provide stock tips, does NOT execute trades, and is NOT a broker.
