Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applicable to all paid subscriptions on TrueTrend AI

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") sets out the basis on which TrueTrend AI ("TrueTrend", the "Platform", the "Company", "we", "us", "our") accepts, rejects, or processes refund and cancellation requests for paid subscriptions to TrueTrend.
Please read this Policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a subscription purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.
1. Nature of the Service
The Platform is a digital service delivered electronically over the internet. Access to paid features is activated immediately upon successful payment and is consumed continuously over the subscription term. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no "delivery date" separate from the payment confirmation. The cost of operating the Platform is incurred regardless of how intensively any individual user chooses to use it.
2. General Refund Position
Because the Platform is a digital service that is consumed immediately and continuously, all subscription fees paid to the Company are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances expressly set out in Section 3 below.
This Policy is consistent with the principles of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and standard practice for SaaS / digital subscription services in India, which permit a no-refund position for digital services where (i) the service is delivered immediately upon payment and (ii) this position is clearly disclosed before purchase.
3. Circumstances in Which a Refund May Be Considered
We will consider a refund only in the following specific situations:
3.1 Duplicate or accidental charge
If your card or UPI account was charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical issue with our systems or the payment gateway, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method on verification of the gateway records, normally within 7–10 business days.
3.2 Failed transaction with amount debited
If the payment gateway reports a failure while your bank shows the amount as debited, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the gateway to your account within 5–7 business days. If it is not, please contact us with your transaction reference and we will coordinate the reversal with the gateway.
3.3 Persistent inability to deliver the service
If the Platform is completely unavailable to you for a continuous period of more than 72 (seventy-two) hours on the Company's side within your active subscription term (i.e. the outage is caused by the Company and not by your internet connection, device, third-party data feed, or any force-majeure event), we may, at our sole discretion, either:
- Extend your subscription term by an equivalent or longer period at no additional cost; or
- Issue a pro-rata refund covering the period of unavailability.
3.4 Mandatory refunds under law
We will of course issue any refund expressly required by an applicable law, regulator, payment gateway, or competent court or authority.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Available
Without limiting Section 2, refunds will not be available in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing the subscription;
- You did not use, or used only partially, the features included in your plan;
- Your trading or investing decisions, whether or not informed by content on the Platform, resulted in financial losses;
- The signals, scores, or analytics did not produce the outcome you hoped for (the Platform makes no such promise — see the Disclaimer);
- Your account is suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Use;
- The subscription was purchased using a promotional code, launch-offer discount, free-trial conversion, gift card, or as part of any bundled or discounted offer where non-refundability is expressly stated at the time of purchase;
- You are unable to use the Platform due to causes outside the Company's control (e.g. your local internet outage, device incompatibility, government restrictions, or exchange / data-vendor downtime).
5. Cancellation of a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@truetrend.cloud or by using the cancellation option (where provided) in your account settings.
- Cancellation stops any future auto-renewal of the subscription.
- You will retain access to the paid features for the remainder of the period already paid for. No pro-rata refund is given for the unused portion of the term you have already paid for, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 3.
- On the expiry of the paid term, your account will revert to the free tier and any tier-restricted features will become unavailable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund in any of the limited circumstances described in Section 3, please email us with the following information:
- Registered email address on your TrueTrend account;
- Payment gateway used (as shown on your payment receipt);
- Transaction ID / reference number from the gateway receipt;
- Date, amount, and plan purchased;
- Reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence (e.g. duplicate-charge screenshots, bank statement entries).
Send the above to support@truetrend.cloud with subject line: "Refund Request — <Transaction ID>".
Refund requests must be raised within 7 (seven) calendar days of the original charge. Requests raised after this period may not be entertained.
7. Processing Timeline
- We acknowledge every valid refund request within 2 (two) business days.
- We aim to take a decision (approve / reject / request more information) within 7 (seven) business days of receiving complete information.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method through the original payment gateway. Once initiated by us, the credit typically appears in your account within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds are made in INR. The Company is not responsible for any currency-conversion or foreign-exchange differences arising from your card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or bank without first contacting us to resolve a billing concern may, at our discretion, result in immediate suspension of your account and reversal of any active subscription benefit, pending resolution of the chargeback. Please raise any billing concern with us first by email; we are committed to fair and prompt resolution.
9. Taxes
All subscription prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a refund is issued, any taxes already remitted to the Government in respect of that transaction will be refunded only to the extent we are entitled to recover them under applicable tax law. The Company reserves the right to retain any non-refundable tax component.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
11. Contact & Grievance
For any refund-related concern, please first email support@truetrend.cloud. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer using the contact details on the Contact & Grievance page.
12. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction clauses set out in the Terms of Use.
