TrueTrend AI is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") as a Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, as an Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, as a Stock Broker, Portfolio Manager, or in any other capacity under any SEBI regulations. No application for any such registration is pending with SEBI.

The Platform does not hold any licence, registration, or authorisation from SEBI, any recognised stock exchange, or any other regulatory body to provide investment advice, research reports, portfolio management services, or stock tips.

TrueTrend AI reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India only.

By registering on, accessing, or using TrueTrend AI in any manner, you confirm that you have read this Disclaimer in its entirety, understand its contents, and unconditionally agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
