Who we are

TrueTrend is an India-focused market analytics and education platform. We build tools that describe market structure — option-structure levels (call and put walls, gamma flip, max pain), the day's market regime, and hedger-flow pressure — and we publish writing that helps traders and investors understand how Indian and global markets actually behave. The "TrueTrend Research Desk" is the byline for articles produced and reviewed by our team.

How we produce our content

Our writing combines our own platform data with widely accepted market concepts. We use modern research and drafting tools to help prepare articles, but every article is reviewed and edited by a human on our team before it is published. Our content is based on statistical and historical analysis, which may be incomplete, may be entirely wrong, and may not reflect live market conditions. Wherever an article uses numbers, we source them from measured data — primarily our own scored archive and primary exchange data (for example, the NSE option chain) — and we show sample sizes so you can judge the strength of the evidence for yourself.

Our data & methodology

• Levels & outcomes: computed from the daily option-chain snapshot and scored after the close with fixed, pre-defined rules. We publish our misses — see the public Scoreboard.
• Honesty about limits: small sample sizes, weak metrics, and uncertainty are stated plainly rather than hidden.
• No tips: we describe market structure and context. We do not give buy/sell calls or price targets.
